We’re growing, and we want you to be a part of it. We are currently looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our team.  
 
Summary: 
As a remote Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our workforce. You will design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organization's strategic objectives. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance policies and principles. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Design and develop training programs and initiatives that address the learning needs of various departments and levels within the organization. This includes leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills development, compliance training, and more. 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports organizational goals and objectives. Continuously assess learning needs through collaboration with department heads and other stakeholders. 
  • Create engaging and interactive learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, job aids, and other resources. Ensure content is current, relevant, and accessible to all employees. 
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions using various methodologies, including instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, workshops, and webinars. Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and skill application. 
  • Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes. 
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in learning technology to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery. 
  • Support organizational change initiatives by developing and delivering training programs that help employees adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working. Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers to facilitate successful change implementation. 
  • Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. 
 
Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • P&C Licensed Required 
  • CPCU or CIC Certificate  
  • 6+ years of Commercial Insurance experience  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. 
  • Demonstrate project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high quality results. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
