We are seeking a talented and driven Solutions Architect to lead the modernization of our technology foundation and build a unified, intelligent enterprise ecosystem. Reporting to the Vice President of Software Engineering, this remote role is responsible for designing and maintaining the enterprise architecture that connects legacy systems with modern, AI-driven platforms. You will bridge business needs and technology strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across core systems, including policy administration, billing, CRM, analytics, and automation tools.

This position plays a critical role in shaping Veracity’s future-ready architecture by leading AI adoption, API integration, and the modernization of legacy systems to enhance efficiency, agility, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, document, and maintain an enterprise architecture that unites legacy systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-based platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and 99.9% system uptime
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap outlining integration phases, modernization milestones, and AI enablement initiatives across core platforms
  • Define and implement integration strategies across CRMs, policy administration, billing, reporting, customer support, and automation systems
  • Lead modernization initiatives to restructure and refactor legacy applications for improved performance and interoperability
  • Develop secure, scalable API and data integration frameworks for real-time data exchange
  • Identify and architect opportunities to embed AI and automation within core business processes
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to design scalable, maintainable system blueprints
  • Establish architecture standards, documentation, and best practices that promote reliability, compliance, and long-term scalability
  • Track and report on architecture performance metrics, including integration success, system reliability, and modernization progress
  • Evaluate new technologies and AI solutions for strategic alignment with enterprise objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s evolving technology goals
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Systems Integration Engineer
  • Proven experience leading enterprise integration and system modernization initiatives
  • Strong background in software design, API architecture, and enterprise integration frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with both legacy systems and modern cloud-native architectures
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and their integration into business workflows
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data infrastructure
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs

Compensation Range: $145k/yr - $160k/yr
