Partner Support Associate [Remote or On-site] [Pleasant Grove, UT]

Penicillin changed medicine. The Beatles changed music. And Veracity Insurance Solutions is changing insurance (hey, we can’t all be doctors and musicians). What GEICO did for home and auto insurance we’re doing for business insurance. We make small business insurance simple, affordable, and buyable online without talking to an agent. We’re growing fast, and we want you to be a part of it!

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Head of Partnerships, the Partner Support Associate (PSA) is responsible for onboarding new partners, supporting and growing existing partners, and securing new backlink opportunities during support interactions via phone and email. Existing partners include trade groups, associations, schools, event organizers, and other groups of like-minded people who want their clients, customers, students, or vendors to carry the peace of mind insurance protection we offer.

What We Offer

This position provides a $24/hr base plus a potential quarterly bonus up to $3,500 (you may qualify for a bonus after completing your first full quarter). 160 hours of PTO and two floating holidays (4+ weeks) are also included. We also offer promotion opportunities, a great 401k (company match FTW!), free mental health and therapy tools, company-subsidized health/dental/vision plans, and more.

Benefits aside, nothing compares to being part of explosive growth and working with some truly remarkable humans. See what they say about working at Veracity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DT5n7oU0Hi0

A Day in the Life of the Partner Support Associate

As a Partnership Support Associate (PSA), no two days are alike with a variety of exciting interactions keeping you on your toes and constantly engaged.

On a typical day, you’ll onboard 4 - 6 new partners from various industries and update your book of partners in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll set up accounts, explore backlink opportunities, and collaborate with our marketing team on content. You’ll solve problems, stay ahead of potential and existing customers’ needs, and make sure our partners get the support they need to thrive.

Customer support is a key part of the role, so you’ll work directly with small businesses on their insurance documents, verify partner requirements are met, and ensure everything is in order. You’ll also proactively seek referrals, identify new potential partners, and grow our network.

Keeping our existing partners up-to-date and connected means reaching out to existing partners with 25 - 30 calls and 50 emails/day. As an expert on our products and insurance lingo, you’ll not only provide top-tier service to our partners but also contribute to the growth of our business.

What You Need to Succeed

You obviously know the h*ck out of supporting & growing the partner/customer relationship.

Your listening and problem-solving muscles are awesome, so flex ‘em. Your flair for understanding the needs of the customer/partner and our tools as a success guide are also key.

Tracking KPIs and analyzing outcomes to say what worked and what didn’t will definitely come in handy. Some failure is inevitable, so learning and adapting are great traits.

You’re good at taking into account past outcomes, forecasting future results, aiding market research, building business cases, crafting project plans, and creating SMART goals that improve the number of policies generated by each partner. Above all, you’re humble, hungry, smart, and proactive. And if you’re that, you’re one of us.

Work Schedule

PSAs are expected to work an average of 8 hours daily, Monday – Friday, with a minimum lunch break of 30 minutes. All work hours will be some time during Veracity business hours (6:00 am - 6:00 pm MST) with a regular start time between 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., but the actual schedule will be worked out with your manager.

PSAs must work at least 40 hours per week to maintain full-time employment status. PSAs may be allowed to work remotely on a permanent, regular, or occasional basis, as approved by the Head of Partnerships. The Head of Partnerships and the PSA will determine the exact work schedule. Either way, we’ll provide you with any equipment needed.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
