Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is key to supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role will collaborate with multiple departments to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is key to supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role will collaborate with multiple departments to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Execution
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and goal achievement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide solutions to drive success.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
- Address issues promptly and work to enhance client or customer experience.
- Address challenges proactively and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Adapt to changing business needs with a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with different departments to align on company initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between teams to streamline workflows.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Development
- Support, mentor, and develop team members to foster professional growth.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance coaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range: $60k/yr - $70k/yr
