Lead Product Marketing Manager

Remote
Full Time
Experienced

Hello, From the Current Lead PMM

Our team has a high care factor and even higher ambitions. And it’s time to bring in the next Lead Product Marketing Manager to help make Veracity’s growth goals a reality.

So why Veracity? We’re an independent insurance partner—free from outside investors or shareholder pressure—so we can focus on what really matters: helping small businesses thrive. Here, transparency fuels momentum, effort gets noticed, and the best ideas win.

We don’t have to just talk about culture—we get to help shape it. Whether it’s sharing wins, sparking conversations, or celebrating the team’s personality, small rituals can keep us connected even as we grow.

A Little about You

You care more about walking the walk than talking the talk. You take your team’s results seriously, but never yourself too seriously (please, let that personality shine). You’re not afraid to ask why, dream big, and back it up with data. You want to lead a team and lead by example. You can confidently answer the “so what?” behind the work. And, you understand that growth isn’t linear–little failures are stepping stones to success.

We are looking for someone who is a walking example of hungry, humble, smart, and proactive with the potential to be better than me. Lead with impact and empathy, and you’ll thrive here.

About the Role

This person will be the standard-bearer for how product marketing shows up—strategically, creatively, and cross-functionally—both inside and outside the company. We’re looking for a curious and driven product marketer who’s equal parts leader and doer—a true player-coach.

As our Lead Product Marketing Manager (PMM) Remote or On-Site, you’ll lead and mentor a team of 2+ PMMs and report directly to the VP of Marketing. You’ll shape how we gather and analyze data, research the market and competitors, position our products, craft compelling campaigns, collaborate with creative teams, and report on performance. You’ll also represent the voice of product marketing across departments like Product, Program, and Customer Service to ensure alignment around customer needs, performance goals, and go-to-market strategy.

Think of this as your chance to be the glue between product, marketing, and the market—where you’ll shape positioning, unlock growth, and bring clarity to chaos. You’ll lead cross-functional strategies, launch compelling campaigns, level up the team, and impact business outcomes.

Veracity Insurance Solutions has a growth mindset with a mission to make insurance easy, accessible, and affordable for America’s small businesses. We’re looking for someone excited to scale systems, coach others, and drive better outcomes for both the team and our customers.

If you love connecting the dots, championing the voice of the customer, and helping others level up while doing your best work, we want to hear from you. You don’t have to have everything mastered, but bring curiosity, courage, and a desire to lead with empathy and excellence.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
