We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Helpdesk Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the IT MANAGER this role will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first-line support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, macOS
- Day-to-day issues such as application performance, audio, and common office applications and more.
- Perform remote diagnostics and on-site support as needed.
- Record and track support requests through our ticketing system.
- Educate employees on basic IT usage and security policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the IT System Administrator.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance IT support and service delivery.
- Remain available for on-call support, as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A+ Certification (or equivalent) is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and basic networking.
- Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Patient, customer-focused, and highly motivated to learn.
- High school diploma or GED required.
