Software Engineering Technical Manager

Remote
Full Time
Manager/Supervisor
At Veracity, we aim to be a different kind of insurance partner—one that is free from outside investors, venture capital, or the pressures of a corporate parent.

Ours is a culture of empowerment – one that believes in effort, results, and accountability. We believe that transparency fosters trust, trust fosters growth, and that growth drives innovation. Our commitment to rigorous evaluation and relentless execution lead to rapid evolution.

We answer only to the small business owners we serve, and this independence allows us to stay focused on what matters most: helping their businesses thrive by providing expert guidance and best-in-class insurance policies.

We’re growing fast and want you to be a part of it!

We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on Software Engineering Technical Manager to join our team remotely. This is an ideal role for a leader who is passionate about both people and technology. You’ll serve as the primary technical liaison to the Product team, ensuring engineering efforts align seamlessly with business goals. You’ll also mentor and guide our development team in Lithuania, fostering strong communication, technical growth, and alignment across time zones.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our technical roadmap, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable, while championing a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee technical operations across our monolithic, microservices, and WordPress-based systems, ensuring stability and performance

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
