We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a hybrid schedule. Under the direction of the Sr. Financial Analyst this role will be responsible for performing ad hoc analysis and creating robust forecasting models to assist in executive decision-making that will drive maximum efficiency and profitability.

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a hybrid schedule. Under the direction of the Sr. Financial Analyst this role will be responsible for performing ad hoc analysis and creating robust forecasting models to assist in executive decision-making that will drive maximum efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing financial data from company reports and providing forecasting support
- Creating and updating financial models to project future performance based on different scenarios and assisting in creating financial forecasts
- Preparing detailed reports outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations for executive management to guide and influence long-term strategic decision making
- Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Conducting business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and developing forecasting models
- Identifying trends and recommending strategic actions to executive management
- Providing expertise, advice, planning, and support for accounting projects
- Tracking and determining financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Proven working experience as a Financial Analyst
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
- Understanding of economic and market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
